They’re located along Lake Ontario so they wanted to make sure the exterior finishes were able to withstand the weather and also have a modern feel but tie into the relaxed feeling of living near a beach.

To keep the integrity of the exterior of the home with the addition; having it tie into the existing aesthetics, while adding some transitional elements and materials.
